Mr. Deepak Thombare ( Business Head )

Deepak Thombare, Business Head at Growest Industries Limited, holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University and brings over 10 years of experience in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry. He has strong expertise in managing PAN-India business operations, including sales strategy, channel development, market expansion, and customer relationship management.

Deepak spent 8 successful years with Josts Engineering Company Limited, where he led the national business for Manual Range Products. With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach, he joined Growest Industries Limited to drive the organization’s next phase of growth through innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s market position.

Learning, resilience, and integrity shaped me as an entrepreneur and as a leader who understands people, systems, and long-term strategy.
